1. Introduction

Traige LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates traigeai.com and the Traige WorkOS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service, including data accessed through your connected third-party accounts.

By using Traige WorkOS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name and email address when you create an account
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe
  • Communications you send to us
  • Configuration settings and preferences you set within the Service
  • Data from connected third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Linear, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and others) that you explicitly authorize through OAuth

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our service, including log data, device information, IP addresses, and usage analytics to operate and improve the platform.

3. Data from Connected Services

When you connect third-party services to Traige WorkOS, you authorize us to access data from those services in order to provide the automation features of the platform. The scope of data we access depends on the permissions you grant and the integrations you enable.

We use data from connected services for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: Reading, analyzing, and processing your data to perform the automations you configure, including identifying tasks, drafting responses, and taking actions on your behalf
  • Service improvement: Analyzing aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve the performance and capabilities of the platform
  • Security and integrity: Monitoring for unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • Support: With your express consent, reviewing specific data to diagnose and resolve technical issues you report to us
  • Legal compliance: Retaining or disclosing data as required by applicable law, regulation, or enforceable legal process

In certain extraordinary circumstances -- including but not limited to active security incidents, suspected fraud or abuse, legal obligations, or situations involving risk to user or public safety -- authorized Traige LLC personnel may access data from your connected accounts beyond routine automated processing. Any access will be limited to what is necessary, conducted in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and subject to applicable legal protections. We maintain internal access controls and audit logs for all such access.

You may disconnect any integrated service at any time from your dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing that service going forward and will delete stored access tokens within 30 days.

6. Data Security

Traige LLC implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. OAuth access tokens from connected services are stored encrypted and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain data from connected accounts only as long as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution or fraud prevention.
